1) Definitions

• Member / You: The individual who purchases CBA membership or participates in any CBA activity.
• Membership: CBA membership purchased by you, which may include access to briefings, community/networking, materials, and a confirmed seat on an immersion program as described at point of sale.
• Immersion Program / Trip / Program: Founder-led business immersion activities, company visits, workshops, and related ground arrangements.
• Deposit: The initial payment required to confirm a seat and activate membership benefits.

2) Membership Activation

Membership benefits start on the date your deposit payment is received, including onboarding, pre-trip briefings, network/community access, and program coordination.

3) Fees, Deposits & Payment Schedule

• Fees and payment schedules are stated on our website and/or invoice at point of registration.
• Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• • 30% deposit to confirm your seat and activate membership
  • 70% balance payable 14 days before departure

• All fees are in SGD unless stated otherwise.

4) What’s Included / Excluded

Inclusions vary by program and will be confirmed in writing.

Unless explicitly included:

• International flights are self-booked and excluded
• Visas/entry approvals (if required), travel insurance, personal expenses, and incidental costs are excluded

5) Itinerary, Company Visits & Program Changes

Company visits, speakers, and sessions are subject to confirmation, availability, and venue access approval. We may adjust the itinerary, timing, locations, or content due to operational constraints, regulations, partner availability, weather, safety, or other reasons. Comparable substitutions may be made and do not constitute grounds for refund.

6) Participant Responsibilities (Travel, Visas, Insurance)

You are responsible for:

• Holding a valid passport and obtaining any required visas/entry approvals
• Complying with local laws, venue rules, and program instructions
• Purchasing adequate travel insurance (strongly recommended), including coverage for cancellation, medical, and travel disruption

7) Conduct & Removal

You must behave respectfully and professionally. We may refuse participation or remove a participant for misconduct, safety concerns, non-compliance, or legal/regulatory reasons. In such cases, fees may be non-refundable.

8) Refunds, Transfers & Deferrals

Refunds, transfers, and deferrals are governed by our published Refund, Transfer & Deferral Policy. Where there is any inconsistency, the policy provided at the point of purchase will prevail.

9) Intellectual Property

All program materials, documents, frameworks, recordings, and content provided by CBA are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise them without our prior written permission.

10) Photos, Videos & Media

We may take photos/videos during events and trips for documentation and marketing. By participating, you consent to such use unless you notify us in writing before the program starts.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
• We are not liable for acts/omissions of third parties (e.g., venues, transport providers, hotels) or losses arising from delays, regulatory changes, or partner availability.

12) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) government restrictions, pandemics, natural disasters, strikes, or security events. Remedies may include rescheduling, credits, or partial refunds after deduction of non-recoverable costs.

13) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
